Tony is an energy industry professional with over 25 years of experience including executive roles in corporate development with exposure to resource extraction, oil & gas midstream and power. His experience includes development of major energy infrastructure projects, stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiations and corporate acquisitions.
Prior to establishing FrontLine, Tony served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Inter Pipeline Ltd., where he was responsible for M&A activities, integration of business acquisitions and providing leadership to the areas of corporate planning, stakeholder engagement, government relations and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Inter Pipeline, Tony served as Vice President, Corporate Development for Maxim Power Corp., an international independent power producer where in addition to his business development responsibilities he led the company's efforts in the areas of stakeholder engagement, government relations and regulatory affairs.

- Project management, land acquisition, stakeholder engagement and preparation of regulatory applications for renewable energy projects with aggregate capacity over 500 MW situated on over 80,000 acres of land.
- Regulatory approvals for over $5 billion of energy infrastructure projects including a metallurgical coal mine and associated processing facilities, coal and natural gas fired generating stations, liquid pipelines and storage terminals.
- Negotiation and execution of numerous agreements with indigenous communities valued at over $200 million.
- Corporate planning activities that involved financial analysis of energy infrastructure investments exceeding $3 billion.
- Due diligence activities on numerous acquisition opportunities in power generation, oil & gas pipelines, LNG, petroleum and gas storage, gas processing, marine terminals and crude by rail terminals.

Cynthia is a power industry specialist with over 10 years of experience. She has a strong background in database design, data analysis, financial modeling and cost/benefit analysis. She relies on extensive MS Access, SQL query language and MS Excel skills to organize and analyze data into meaningful and actionable information.
Cynthia also has widespread experience in the Retail Energy Market having led the development of load settlement systems and customer service functions at two companies that entered the Alberta power market upon deregulation in 2001.

Mary Jan Marquez is a recent graduate of the University of Calgary’s Schulich School of Engineering. Her focus on civil engineering is coupled with a passion for projects and she leads our GIS mapping function while coordinating our project management efforts.
Mary Jan is an alumnus of Suncor Energy, where she dedicated an intern year supporting the renewable energy group. During that time, she was responsible for providing high-quality mapping support to the development, land and communications teams. Her extensive experience in mapping and drafting was gained through her employment with Crosshair Computing Services.

Randy is the Principal of Third Rail Group, a consulting firm providing expertise through the entire transportation supply chain from origination to operations. Randy pioneered the crude-by-rail industry, multi-commodity distribution facilities and the complex expert systems to manage these enterprises.
Prior to founding the Third Rail Group, Randy held executive and senior management positions with Altex Energy Ltd. and Canadian National Railway, respectively where he led diversified teams in the development and operation of loading and unloading terminals in both Canada and the US.
